As a fellow "real estate survivor" in Phoenix, I could relate to Niki's concern that she'd end up living in her Escalade! The story line was truly fresh and entertaining. I can't wait to read number 2! Great job Ms. Sandoval!

With two small children, I don't have a lot of uninterrupted time to read for fun, but when the opportunity presented itself I looked forward to what Niki and her group were going to be up to next. Funny, easy read! Look forward to the sequel.

Sandoval does a great job with her independently published debut novel. Once through the tad-bit-long situational set-up, Cat House had me turning pages until I couldn't keep my eyes open. I found the characters believable, the story line fresh, and enjoyed the light humor. I liked how the story included elements from several genres: romance, suspense, chicklit, mystery, etc. I wish she already had a sequel in the wings.

I read the book at night before I went to bed, causing me many nights of going to sleep late. Most nights I was laughing out loud. It was funny, with a little bit of romance & suspense & it was a hard book to put down. It pulls you in from the beginning. I would highly recommend reading this book. I'm her #1 fan.

This is an awesome book! I was reading it at work and laughing out loud. Its funny, suspenseful and a great and easy read..I would highly suggest this book!
